"Fall/Winter Run Club" goes from September through January 2018, featuring great workouts for all abilities of runners at each of our two weekly workouts. Sat is our endurance run where we build stamina and distance - it's often followed by coffee and breakfast. :) Wed is our midweek workout where we work on form, get some cross training in, and work on learning our pace. All of our coaching is done on an individual basis - no group schedules here! Runners also receive the Seaside Striders Weekly Newsletter packed with group updates, exciting news, running tips, and inspirational stories. Additionally, every runner will receive a team "T" during the season.
18 Week Training Group for over 20 Fall & Winter Running Events *Including Boston Qualifiers, Carlsbad 1/2 & Full Marathon, Holiday 1/2, Surf City 1/2 & Full Marathon, Rock n Roll Arizona, Pheonix Marathon, and Revel Series 1/2 or Full (,..and more!)
