Seaside Striders Running Club is coached by Cardiff local, Jim O'Hara. It only takes a few moments into a conversation with him to figure out that his passion for running is equalled by his eagerness to share his knowledge about running with others.
A runner for more than 25 years, he's been coaching for nearly 20 years, and head coach of Seaside Striders for 14 years. He has also contributed articles on endurance training to several publications, including Raceplace's TrainingPlace where he is the lead contributor.
He believes that successful goals are achieved through challenging yourself in a consistent manner, and keeping an emphasis on fun.
