THE RUN THAT PUTS THE "GERRRR" IN THE TIGER!!!
Our long runs are the bread and butter of our training. Don't worry though, remember, Seaside Striders is for everyone so we'll start with the distance that's right for you, and progress (conservatively) towards the long run distance this is best for your goal. These runs take place on Saturday mornings. They can be a majestic run along the coast to a gorgeous run on local trails - we mix it up each week to keep it fun and interesting. (Plus, you may get to explore some new places in San Diego that you've never experienced before!)
