Wednesday workouts/speed work
Wednesday evening workouts are where we work on components of running that make us faster and stronger. The workouts can run the gambit - from hills and stairs, to intervals, all the way to tempo runs. Each workout has options to accommodate all levels of the club. You can always count on some drill work, and core work. Coach Jim also uses the evening to check in with each runner and how they're progressing, as well as work on running form.
