SUMMER RUN CLUB 2022
Bring you running to another level and have fun in the process. Seaside Striders is offering its 2022 Summer Run Club. This session is an 11 week session with the option for personalized running schedules, or 11 week custom block schedules. Spring Club starts the week of June 11th, 2022 and goes through August 27th, 2022. We'll be training for Summer, Fall, and even Winter events. Most runners are training for Half Marathons, Marathons, or Triathlon - with a few running because its just fun! Seaside Striders offers you the chance to run in a positive and fun environment with a group that includes a broad base of abilities and running experience.
PERSONALIZED RUN SCHEDULES
Receive weekly running schedules from our coach based on your weekly running needs, life/work schedule, and fitness level. Attend both in-person weekly workouts - the Weekly Speedwork, and the Saturday Long Run. CUSTOM BLOCK SCHEDULES
Receive a customizable 6 week block training schedule covering the duration of the our 6 week, 2022 Spring Run Club session. This includes a full session's running schedule, and the Speedwork PDF for workouts. Giving runners all the weekday runs that you'll need, as well as the speed work for those who want to get faster. Additionally, you can participate in in-person Weekly Speedwork (on Wednesdays) and the Saturday Long Run. Included is the weekly club newsletter and online social evenings. The combo of coached workouts, a training schedule, and a terrific group to run with is North County's best running deal, and takes the stress out of your running so you can focus on enjoying your workouts.
