Bring you running to another level and have fun in the process. Seaside Striders is offering its 2024 Spring Run Club. This session is a 11 week session with the option for personalized running schedules, or customizable block schedules. Spring Run Club starts the week of March 10th, 2024 and goes through June 1st, 2024. We'll be training for a few Fall, and tons of Winter and Spring events! Most runners are training for Half Marathons, Marathons, or Triathlon - with a few running because its just fun! Seaside Striders offers you the chance to run in a positive and fun environment with a group that includes a broad base of abilities and running experience.
Receive weekly running schedules from our coach based on your weekly running needs, life/work schedule, and fitness level. Attend both in-person weekly workouts - the Weekly Speedwork, and the Saturday Long Run. Plus, receive the weekly club newsletter and invites to online social evenings with other club runners and their families. With the jump to weekly schedules, runners can further
customize their running schedule, and connect to a little more one on one coaching each week. The more specific your goal, the more effective this option for training is.
Receive a customizable 11 week training schedule covering the duration of the our 11 week, 2024 Spring Run Club. This includes a full session's running schedule, and the Speedwork PDF for workouts. Giving runners all the weekday runs that you'll need, as well as the speed work for those who want to get faster. Additionally, you can participate in in-person Weekly Speedwork (on Wednesdays) and the Saturday Long Run. Included is the weekly club newsletter and online social evenings. The combo of coached workouts, a training schedule, and a terrific group to run with is North County's best running deal, and takes the stress out of your running so you can focus on enjoying your workouts.
