Seaside Striders is offering its 2021 Fall Run Club in 6 week segments with the option for personal running schedules, or customized block schedules. The Fall Club starts the week of September 11th- September 18th, and goes until October 23rd. We'll training for Fall and Winter live events. Seaside Striders offers you the chance to stay run fit and motivated entering Fall and Winter Run season!
Receive weekly running schedules from our coach based on your weekly running needs, life/work schedule, and fitness level. Attend both in-person weekly workouts - the Weekly Speedwork, and the Saturday Long Run. Plus, receive the weekly club newsletter and invites to online social evenings with other club runners and their families.
Receive a customizable 6 week training block covering the duration of the our first Fall Run Club session. This includes a full session running schedule, and the Speedwork PDF for workouts. Additionally, participate in in-person Weekly Speedwork and the Saturday Long Run. Included is the weekly club newsletter and online social evenings.
